Postmodern Nomads is a new online forum, getting set to start soon. Inspired. Lots of conversations lately about this topic. Weekly zines are going well, too, by the way. I decided to simplify everything… here’s how it works now.
Forums are where we develop ideas, then we make the zines out of what we gather by talking together in ways that invite us to: share, learn, discover, and make space for quality reflection. That’s the kind of S P A C E we are making. Progressively more interesting, with more intimate circles developing, with our closer, inner groups, over time. That’s where it gets interesting, after all. Because that’s when we build trust. I blogged about that yesterday. I guess I was getting tired of iffy, noncommittal, ‘maybe next time’ conversations that go pretty much nowhere. I don’t have time for this. I like to work with people who are interested in developing ideas. DK is where that has always happened for our clients, and now, that’s what we’re doing here, in S P A C E, too. Giving people a chance to discover the ‘a-ha’ moment, in a focused, well-curated, hosted, bounded box within which to try new things.
Would you like to be a part of S P A C E, ? You get access to forums + our weekly digital zine, for USD $5/week. It’s never been such a low price before, because I had not thought up this way of working together to co-create. I bring to the table the experience in publishing and design for the past 20 years, and you get to publish something cool with people you’ll get to know, like I said, over time. It’s a lot of fun. And four years in, it’s getting more and more clear who it is that best enjoys this. Creative process oriented people, of all stripes: that’s it, in a nutshell.
