Format. What’s a challenge you’re facing? Get fresh, non-judgmental takes from your fellow participants? You’ll be part of small group conversations, for gaining new perspectives. Share, learn, discover, co-discover. Design Kompany welcomes people who are curious, open to trying new ways of thinking about things with us and a handful of others in meets designed to get you thinking. Outside of your usual routines. It’s for people who care, care about learning, and care about the quality that can result from well-stuctured programs that guide you to insight-making opportunities. This may sound airy but it is quite valuable for those who wish to discover how to unblock, if that’s a thing going on, or chart new paths. Innovation spacemaking starts with thinking out of the usual boundaries and we can help with that. It’s what we always do.

Schedule. Mondays you’ll get a prompt, discussion will happen online in asynch space, optional Zoom calls for discussion will take place weekly on days and times that work best for the members who opt to participate in them.

Eligibility. Have five years of professional, full-time experience in your field if you wish to join this program. It works best for people who have had some years of experience to see what works, what doesn’t and can add value to our discussions from those informed, and experienced, points of view.
